The range, and where the value sits
Asetek splits into three tiers and they are genuinely different products, not just price points:
- La Prima — the entry base, around $407. Competitive but not where Asetek is most interesting.
- Forte — around $949. This is the sweet spot. The build quality is exceptional for the money and the Gen2 addressed most of the first-generation complaints.
- Invicta — $1,349 for 27Nm. Serious hardware. The Invicta base and the Invicta S are both worth reading if you are spending at this level.
