Sim-Lab Black Friday 2026. All month, and a first wheelbase.
Sim-Lab does something unusual: instead of a one-week event, they discounted 11% sitewide across the whole of November in 2025. If that repeats, there is no tactical advantage in waiting for Black Friday week. And this year they have a wheelbase.
Sim-Lab built its reputation on aluminium profile rigs. The DDS26 is their first direct-drive wheelbase, and it lands right before the discount window.

The DDS26 changes things
The P1X and its descendants are a default recommendation for anyone building a serious cockpit. The DDS26 is Sim-Lab’s first direct-drive wheelbase, at €1,499, shipping late October 2026.
That is a significant launch, and it lands right before the discount window. Two things follow:
- Do not expect the DDS26 itself to be discounted. New flagship, first production run, immediately before peak demand. It will not need to be.
- The rig side will be. If you are building a cockpit around it, November is when to buy the frame.
I will have a full review up once I have had one on the rig long enough to say anything useful. Spec-sheet impressions are not worth much on a wheelbase.

Simple, and on a €1,000 rig build that is €110 — not dramatic, but it applies to everything, including the parts nobody else discounts.
What I expect in 2026
- Timing: early November, running the full month.
- Depth: around 10–12% sitewide. Sim-Lab does not do deep cuts; they do broad ones.
- Exclusions: expect the DDS26 and DDS39 to be excluded or barely moved.
- Best use: profile, brackets, mounts and the unglamorous parts of a build. These never go on sale anywhere else.
Worth knowing about Sim-Lab
The thing Sim-Lab gets right is that a rig is a platform, not a purchase. The 80/20 profile means you can bolt anything to it later, and the accessory ecosystem is deep. If you plan to add motion, a fourth monitor, or different pedals in two years, buying a profile rig now saves you buying twice.
